Therapy at Chaos to Cosmos is not about fixing you. It’s about understanding you. Your stories, your patterns, your relationships, and the systems you’ve had to survive within.

We offer individual and couples therapy, both online and offline in New Delhi, rooted in trauma-informed, queer-affirmative, neurodivergent-affirming, and disability-affirming care. Our work integrates psychotherapy with expressive and body-based approaches, allowing therapy to meet you where you are, rather than forcing you into a single model of healing.

 

Whether you’re navigating a life transition, relationship challenges, grief, identity questions, burnout, or long-standing mental health concerns, this is a space where complexity is welcome.

OUR THERAPEUTIC APPROACH

Therapy that works with mind, body, relationships, and context.

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Our therapists work integratively, drawing from multiple modalities based on what supports you best.

This may include:

  • Talk therapy and narrative approaches

  • Trauma-informed and somatic work

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)

  • Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples

  • Psychodynamic and relational therapy

  • Expressive arts and body-based ractices

  • Hypnotherapy and guided visualization (where appropriate)

At the core of our work is the belief that the problem is the problem, not the person. Therapy here is collaborative, paced, and responsive. Some sessions may feel reflective and quiet. Others may feel emotional, grounding, or deeply relational. All of it is intentional.

You don’t need to have the “right words” before you begin. That’s part of what therapy helps you find.

Individual Therapy

A space to slow down, make sense, and reconnect.

Individual therapy offers you a consistent, confidential space to explore your inner world at your own pace. Together with your therapist, you’ll work toward understanding patterns, processing emotions, building regulation, and creating more agency in your life.

Sessions are available online and in-person in New Delhi, and for clients based outside India.

Couples Therapy

Working on

the relationship,

not just the conflict.

Couples therapy focuses on understanding relational patterns, emotional bonds, and communication cycles without assigning blame.

We work with couples across identities and relationship structures to navigate conflict, rebuild trust and emotional safety, explore intimacy and attachment, and work through periods of transition, stress, or disconnection.

Therapy. I knew I needed help but I was prejudiced just like anyone else who is new to this world. I met Mehr online and felt an unmatched level of comfort from day 1. I went into therapy without expectations but emerged as a person who learnt how to draw her boundaries only because she had a therapist like Mehr. She was everything to me in our weekly sessions - friend, mentor, cheerleader and a punching bag too, at times. I often wondered how is she so patient. It took me some time to realise that she’s a natural helping people heal. There’s a lot about her that has stayed with me even after finishing our sessions. Mehr would never tell me to ‘think a certain way or do something her way’. She would let me do my own thing and allow me my own room to introspect, evaluate, learn and unlearn. She would often say that there’s no right way or wrong way unless I feel it. Our sessions were filled with a few minutes of silences as well where she would read my body language, try to feel my emotions and put me at ease whenever I felt anxious. I understood the concept of boundaries from Mehr. i didn’t have any but she showed me a mirror. Towards the end, I learnt to say ‘no’. I could feel that I am more positive and an assertive person, she worked with me towards a better me. I could visit her workspace only once owing to the pandemic but nothing changed even when I saw her in person. I was just happy meeting her positivity. Mehr, thank you for everything. Had it not been for you, I wouldn't have known and respected myself enough. I could welcome a less toxic version of myself with your help and I will always be indebted for the same.
